The Texas Hill Country is the eastern edge of the Edwards Plateau, a region of west-central Texas which is bounded by the Balcones Fault, the Llano Uplift and the Llano Estacado, and the Pecos River and Chihuahuan Desert to the west. San Angelo, Austin, San Antonio and Del Rio roughly outline the area. Coming out of the flat lands of the plateau into the Hill Country is an unreal experience! Our Home Page
